reminding yourself of your achievements and what you are proud of can help you when you’re struggling with confidence, and help you make choices when you’re stuck… reminding yourself of the things you know, those you have overcome, those where you have really defied the odds, or where you have delivered as expected, can be profoundly useful – have a go 🌟
step 1 - Make a list of all the things you're proud of and of your achievements
🌟these may be the same or different
🌟list as many as you can
🌟shoot for 100, and if you get there, keep going
🌟list everything you can think of
step 1a - If you feel a need to also list things you're less proud of, put those things on a separate place, but useful to add them in case noting them down releases new things you are proud of too.
step 2 - Once a week sit down for 5 minutes, randomly pick 10 numbers from 1-100, eg 11, 21, 31, 41 etc… and copy those achievements onto a piece of paper in handwriting
These are all things you are proud of, in your own words, notice if there are any themes that help you remember what you’re good at, what you bring to the world, things that can really fuel your work that day.
